BRAVO: Guys, be honest, do you really hang around so much with groupies?
TOM: Yes, you can say that. It worked a couple of times. There´s this
Sentence (an german one): You have to have a port in every city. And we are still young.
Georg: Bill and Gustav are more like lets play monopoly in the hotel room. Me and Tom play on other things (smiles).
Tom: Bill always says, he believes in the big love. Well I guess, you have to search for the big love, and I love searching for that.
BRAVO: How?
Georg: If we see gorgeous fans, we ask for their numbers. Later we call them and tell them our room numbers. They visit us and we can have some talks with them (smiles).
Bill: And if you are again in this town, you´ll call them again, perfect.
Tom: Listen who do you think we are?
BRAVO: Are there fans who come into the hotel rooms without permission?
Bill: No, only if Georg and Tom invites them.
Tom: Right. They only get in legally (smiles).
BRAVO: Who gets the most girls?
Tom: What a question (smiles).
Georg: Dream on!
BRAVO: What does a real Rockstar live mean for you?
Georg: Having fun on stage.
Gustav: Brushing your teeth every second week.
Bill: ihhhhhh, disgusting.
Gustav: That´s rock!
Tom: We dont live it so much. To rock belongs festivals, tents and stuff like that.
Bill: We do rock on stage, and at parties.
Tom: Yes, at parties I don´t care how dirty it gets and how I´m gonna get out of it.
BRAVO: No matter where you are, girls freak out, how does that feel?
Bill: I really like it, when the girls scream, when they see us. I´m happy when they are happy. Thats totally normal. I used to like lots of people and wanted to meet them as well. They would have mad me also very happy, if they said hello to me. Thats why we take care of our fans.
Tom: The contact to our fans is important. We have to thank them so much. Lots of celebrities forget that it is the fans they brought them up there. Not us, our fans are important to us.
BRAVO: Does it frighten you, if fans totally freak out?
Georg: Sometimes. We were at a TV show, and a girl was allowed to shake our hands. We were scared she could faint. She was shaking so badly, and started crying.
Bill: She was totally down, I never know what to do in such a situation.
BRAVO: Do you have any tricks to calm down the girls ?
Bill: Yes, I talk normal to them. That calms them down, coz they see that I´m just a human being. Its important not to be silent, if we meet fans. Otherwise they become restless.
Tom: But if you hug them, most of the time, it even gets worse.
Georg: Then they freak out even more.
Tom: If Georg hugs them, it´s Ok.
Bill: We just make jokes and it´s OK then.
BRAVO: Lots of your fans style the same way as you do.
Bill: thats what I wanted. On the other side I like it if people have their own style and do their own thing. But I like it if people like what I look like and copy me. Maybe they can find their own style through that.
Tom: It would be great to play a concert in front of look-a-likes. Everywhere lots of small Bills, Toms, Georgs and Gustavs. I like the idea!
Bill: I never saw a little Tom.
BRAVO: Do you have many guys as fans?
Bill: Yeah, surpriseingly many. We also like our music, and there are many who like cool bands like Linkin Park, and us.
BRAVO: Do you get Love letters by male?
Tom: Some, they are treated just like the others, and they´ll get an autographcard too. But it´s a strange feeling if guys are attracted to you.
Bill: Gustav gets the most letters by male fans. I thought I would get the most, anyway, coz they might think, if he wears Make up, he certainly likes guys.
Georg: But if you look closely, than you´ll see that this is more Gustav´s part (laughs).
Gustav: Very funny (grumbles)
Bill: Maybe they are into such a well trained drummer.
BRAVO: Do fans call you on your mobile phones?
Bill: We all have new numbers. But if fans find out those numbers, they hang up the phone very quick. We don´t say on the phone who we are, we take wrong names, like Hansi or so.
Tom: I try to get rid off them, while talking disgusting stuff (smiles).
Bill: We don´t have time to talk for hours on the phone to fans, and those kind of talks can be really strenuous.
BRAVO: What do fans send to you?
Georg: Plenty of love letters, pictures, painted pictures, and teddybears.
Bill: Videos and cassettes.
Gustav: If they write own songs or poems, I like that most.
Tom: We got also letters by parents, that they like us, and their kids are doing a band now, thats cool, coz otherwise they just hang around on the street. But in the rehearsal room its much cooler, and they won´t get on any bad ideas.
