The center of a band is the singer. Also at Tokio Hotel. But now things turn out to be different..
"They come!" Miriam (15) is totally exuberant. Since hours she is waiting in from of a hotel in Berlin with other fans till the arrival of their favorites: Tokio Hotel. Bill is the first who gets out of the black van, gives autographes patiently and let the fans take pictures of him. Miriam is happy, but not satisfied yet: "I absolutly need a photo of Tom! He is simply the best!" There are many fans who think like Miriam. Where for the last months mainly is screamed to Bill (17), there are always more girls now who scream for Tom. Also here in Berlin. Drummer Gustav (18) watches it calmly: 'Everywhere it's the same: Tom always has succes with the girls." He hears it and grinses. "Is it surprising you?' No question: Tom (17) has every mass of self-awareness. That makes sexy.

Cool and self-confident
Shy or hesitant - that was Tom never. Yet since this summer he seems to expand his 'Hührungsposition' in the band even more.
But it strikes that he also at interviews even more often is taking the floor. [It's an expression]. End of August Tom sits with his legs apart on Stefan Raabs (40) "Tv Total" -sofa, while Bill obviously mets with the armrest and his brother let his brother talk a long time, before he joins in the conversation. On stafe the same picture: While Tom was in the background earlier, he takes even more space on stage now from concert to concert and pushes himself to the foreground... Tom-fans Lisa(16) and Doreen(16) like it. The girls from Leipzig agree: 'Tom is just casually!' 'In the past I was totally in love with Bill, but meanwhile I like Tom', tells Lisa and Doreen nods. For them it's the same: 'They like Toms style more. But Bill is cute though. Lisa adds: 'I believe, it isn't that wrong for Bill, when he isn't alone in the limelight anymore. That's also a rather pressure. So skinny and pale he has become in the past time, it will do him good, when not everyone only tugs on him.'
But what does Bill says about it? 'It is cool, when Tom has a lot of fans. Therefore, I don't fear for my position in the band.' While he is laughing he adds: 'Without singer it would become rather difficult for the others!' Doesn't that say that he sings so badly? "Yet, well. In any case better then he admits.' Tom aids his brother: 'No, in the first place that isn't right, and in the second place I don't even feel anything for singing on stage!'

Next to style, coolness and self-awareness points Tom recently into a new area, which formerly was known as a weakness. Though in the beginning, a lot of fans didn't liked Toms predilection for One-Night-Stands, now it seems to attract a lot of girls. Posters with 'Fick mich!' or 'Undress yourself!' are speaking a clear language. In the enthusiasm for Tokio Hotel sexuality takes more and more space. Also, because the fans of the boys, at least in the beginning, are a year older in the meantime. And because Bill waits for the love of his life, is his ten minutes older twinbrother in the first meaning of the word 'tangibleer', the change for a night with him is a lot bigger. Tamara (15) from Berlin: 'Tom knows what he wants - and that is totally sexy!' Result: Tom has reveived the favor of the fans. But Bill is not 'out' yet. Tokio Hotel has two superstars...

It can hurt so much, when your own brothers makes the number one position debatable. How is that at Tokio Hotel - are there rivalries between the twins Bill and Tom? We have asked it..
Hey!: In the past you had by far the most fanpost. You were irritated, that Tom always gets more now?
Bill: Bullshit! Tom is a cool type, it's obvious, that a lot of girls like him.
Hey!: ... not jealous at all?
Bill: No, really not. More over (laughs shyly) I still get the most post, I believe. But I don't care. We are a team, everyone of us is important for the band: Tom and I exactly like Gustav and Georg.
Hey!: Does Tom sees that the same way?
Bill: I hope so!
Hey!: But seriously: the band doesn't suffer under the brother-fight?
Bill (laughs): Are there rumours about that? That's really totally nonsense!

Bill Kaulitz (17) already had to fight with his remorse. He climbed, before his Tokio-Hotel-time, out of a toilette-window of a bar - because he couldn't pay his bill. "I didn't had money anymore and didn't dared, a cool action.' And today? "I'm sorry for it. Finally, the proprietor needs to live to.' [ he means that he also needs money to buy food and such ]
Under Bills picture: Bill as prisoner? So bad as on our photomontage isn't it in real life. But as evasior of taxes he could have been in bad roubles with the police.
The star-names
Kaulitz-triplets? Miyavi (little picture) looks really similair like Bill. The first bandname of the 4 boys was 'Devilish'. In 2005 was the name-change. Why they changed it in Tokio Hotel? Bill: 'We wanted to indicate with that, that we sing german texts!' Tom adds: 'And because it sounds cool!' Moreover the boys like Japan, their music is strong and is a bit like J-Rock. Bills old haircut reminds stronly of Miyavi (25), a star from the J-Rock-scène. Already known..? The boys already recorded their hit 'Durch den Monsun' in Japanese..
